Tour Of Italy

 What You Will Learn:  In this hands-on class you will walk through the steps for making homemade fettuccini noodles, classic meatballs and marinara sauce.  Your chef instructor will share secrets for creating everything from classic cannoli's  to a zesty Italian vinaigrette. You'll enjoy honing knife skills alongside classmates as we prepare a traditional Italian house salad.      

  What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques, and practice! In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment while learning specific cooking skills.  

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above 

You will work with other students in groups of 4 

You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class 

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back

 What You Will Learn:  This is a perfect introductory cooking class for the beginner cook. We will explore the magic and its many versatile uses for quick go to meals, snack, and desserts!

 What You Will Learn:  This is a class for all ages! Learn the difference between frosting and icing as well as the basics of making both! We will teach techniques to decorate cookies of different shapes and sizes. Some of the cookies will be pre-cooked and ready to decorate! This is a fun holiday class where you even get to keep the recipes you learn throughout the class!
